Rosewood Restaurant - Dinner Menu

Bread

Toasted Turkish bread with garlic and herb dipping butters
Williams Valley Bakery sour dough with Egyptian Dukkah, balsamic and olive oil
House made semi dried tomato and olive damper with Mediterranean vegetables

Entrée

Linguini with pesto, chorizo & semi dried tomato, topped with shaved parmesan
Smoked duck with fig and pear served with a crisp leaf salad
Mushroom encroute, filled with spinach & ricotta served with a thyme sauce
Soup de jour with a freshly baked bread roll, check with your host for todays choice
Soft shell crab with spicy plum & sweet chilli dipping sauce

Main Meal

Pan fried Chicken supreme wrapped in prosciutto and served with a white
wine & tarragon sauce, fondant potatoes, carrots and green beans
Crispy skinned Barrington perch fillet set on sautéed baby spinach
and bacon with Provencal sauce
Pumpkin, rocket and ricotta filo roulade with roast pine nut paste and asparagus spears
Grilled Scotch Fillet steak with your choice of Garlic butter or mushroom
sauce, hand cut chips and sautéed cherry tomatoes and greens
Pan seared fillet of pork resting on creamy mash with red current and
black pepper sauce and wilted greens
Three point rack of lamb, marinated with lemon & ginger served on lemon
zested cous cous with watercress
